Who you are dealing with
SkyNotch is made by Tigran Mhitaryan, an individual developer resident in Kazakhstan. There is no company behind it. “We” and “us” on these pages mean him.
Using SkyNotch
You may use SkyNotch for personal and commercial purposes on any machine you use. You may not redistribute the app or take it apart to build a competing product.
Features may be added, altered or removed between builds. We say what changed on thechangelog.
Feedback
Feedback is welcome, at the address below. Anything you send us about SkyNotch may be used to improve the product, with no obligation on either side.
What is not promised
SkyNotch is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on parts of macOS that can change without notice, so we cannot promise it will suit every machine, every display arrangement or every future version of macOS.
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any claim connected to SkyNotch. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using SkyNotch whenever you like. Deleting the app leaves the few small files listed on the privacy page behind. We can withdraw permission to use the app if it is used in breach of these terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be settled by writing to us first. If the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights or a forum this clause cannot take away, it does not take them away.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page changes with them.
